Step 1: Login to


Step 2: Navigate to the left-hand side of your Innovator dashboard. Make sure to click out of all pop-ups.

Step 3: Click “Add New Product”. If you already have a Product Profile and need to make updates, you can click “Edit Product Profile”.


Step 4: Complete all eight categories that make up a product profile; click vertically down the page to access each section. The best profiles are clear, concise and complete.


Step 5: Make sure to tailor your profile to each delegation of interest (Employers, Health Plans and Providers). If the delegation does not apply, do not fill in those details.

Note that required fields will appear in RED. If the field does not apply, simply write “N/A” or scroll to “1” to override.

Step 6: Review and finalize all details (when in doubt, hit refresh to make sure all updates are visible). Your information will auto-save.

Your product profile is designed to be the living representation of your solution visible to our EHIR, HPIR and PHIR Members. Make sure to make updates often.
